Great Use Of Focal Lengths

Great Use Of Focal Lengths

Great job with the focal lengths. You really told a fairly complex story with only visuals, not a simple thing. The music was selected well and fit with the story perfectly. This team used focal length exceptionally well. I thoroughly enjoyed this project!

A Grasp Of The Craft

A Grasp Of The Craft

I'm confident that this team could produce some truly amazing work. Their understanding of cinematography is very strong. I like how they framed some shots and their use of depth of field was wonderful. Next time they should focus a bit more on the script but their visuals are great.

I love the cinematography, bizarre acting, eerie score, sound design and pace. This short film is well produced and fascinating. Change nothing.

Stylish and EPIC

4.5 Stars

I loved the use of cinematography and music throughout this film. Every shot contains such a thick amount of atmosphere, with the music and composition and blocking. Excellent work from everyone involved. I loved the style, the atmosphere, the music, the cinematography, the voice. I can really tell the director has a unique style with this piece.

Great Shots!

3.6 Stars

There was some REALLY great cinematography/storytelling going on in this film. You really used the depth of field well. The shot of the kid on the road, standing between light and shadow, and the reverse sunset, was fantastic! The story could have been deeper but your cinematography was awesome! Don't forget to apply what you learned to your next film.
